Using my direct network of investors and strategic partners, along with advanced market tools, I identify and select the most suitable buyers. I focus on those with the highest potential to offer a reasonable and strategic valuation.
4. Negotiation & Deal Structuring
I lead negotiations to secure the best terms and conditions for my client. The deal is structured to create a win-win scenario for both parties, maximizing value while ensuring long-term success.
5. Due Diligence
I coordinate and facilitate the due diligence process, ensuring buyers have access to all necessary information while resolving any deal-breaking issues that may arise. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Transaction Closing
I oversee the closing process, ensuring all agreed terms are met and the ownership transfer is completed effectively.
